Recently the project has been considering the intensive use of approximately 1200 hectares of cattle land, as well as utilizing the forestal hectares mentioned above, all of them dedicated to both bovine rearing and fattening.
Within the Bovine Project, we are developing - at its initial stages - sheep stock.
The olive and dried fruits plantations include more than 800 hectares which will be utilized for this initiative - with the aim of breeding Texel lambs in spring, the best breed for meeting consumer wishes in nearby towns, as well as for export. |
